Julian is a young British illustrator based in Manchester, UK.

Unapologetically queer, disabled, and mixed race, Julian is passionate about equality and minority rights, and these themes weave themselves into his artwork. His independent comics feature minority characters rarely seen in mainstream media, with non-exploitative storylines.

He is a keen character artist, and enjoys exploring the personality of a character: What drives them? Why do they dress as they do? How would it feel to meet this person? He enjoys creating characters that capture intrigue or who seem like they would make an excellent friend.

In his spare time, he volunteers for LGBTQ charities, watches superhero movies, enjoys tabletop RPGs, and attends acting classes.

Julian is a registered member of the Association of Illustrators.
